Founded in 2014 by Kim and Justin Scott, Outline Construction Ltd. has grown strategically, serving key industries such as potash, uranium, and oil and gas. Our success is guided by a steadfast belief in excellence across all facets of our operations. Specializing in CIP foundations, concrete repairs, and general contracting, we bring 18 years of expertise in the concrete industry to every project. Our skilled core team, comprising Red Seal Carpenters and certified operators, self-performs nearly every aspect of our work—from civil construction and formwork to reinforcing steel, placement, and finishing. When specialized tasks arise, we collaborate with trusted subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

We've invested in our team in ongoing education, pushing apprentices to attend school and become something better than they thought they could be. A commitment to safety has always been the parrot on our shoulders, and we have successfully worked 10 years with no Loss time Incident. As well, we are fully COR certified and have reached ISN compliance. Today we seek more difficult and intricate jobs that require a higher level of contracting to serve industrial clients in a professional manner.  

Since 2014, Outline Construction has been constantly growing with the province of Saskatchewan. As times change, so does the industry and Outline strives to stay ahead of the curve.
